Pre-registration
A limited number of people can participate to the Singelloop Utrecht.
In case this limit is reached during the pre-registration period, the registration will be closed and hence day-registration is NOT possible.
Until and incl. Tuesday 7th Sept 2010 via the entry form at this website.
The entry fee includes a single-use chip (Tag), the unique ’60 years Singelloop Utrecht’ anniversary book (in Dutch), usage of changing areas and gear depot.
Within 24 hrs you will receive an e-mail to confirm your registration. Race numbers of Dutch participants with Dutch postal addresses who have pre-registered until and incl. 7th Sept 2010 will be sent home by post a week before the event. The sent envelope will contain race number, chip (Tag), voucher for shirt (if ordered) and runners information. Pre-registration of participants with a Dutch bank account is cancelled if the total amount due cannot be cashed by the Organisation.

Reduction
Members of Athletic Point are entitled to reduction if pre-registration takes place before and incl. Tues 7th Sept 2010.

Race numbers of individual participants who have registered on 21st Sept, can be picked up on Sunday 26th Sept from 10:00 a.m. til 12:00 noon at the start location near Park Lepelenburg. So it will NOT be sent by post! The envelope will contain race number, chip (Tag), voucher for shirt (if ordered) and runners information. Pre-registration of participants with a Dutch bank account will be cancelled if the total amount due cannot be cashed by the Organisation.
Pre-registration of participants NOT holding a Dutch bank account: the total amount due must be paid in cash on Sun 26th Sept at the cash location in Park Lepelenburg before they can pick up their race number.

RACE DAY-registration
(only possible if the limited number of participants has not been hit).
On Sunday 26th Sept 2010 locally (ONLY cash payments can be accepted).
Registration at the registration desk in Park Lepelenburg is possible between 08:00 and 11:30 a.m., if the limited number of participants has not been hit. The registration fee of race day registration excludes single-use chip (Tag), but includes the unique ’60 years Singelloop Utrecht’ anniversary book (in Dutch) and usage of changing areas and gear depot.

Confirmation registration
Immediately after pre-registration you will receive an e-mail confirming your registration and an overview / proof of all data you have entered and any extra orders you have made. You will also regularly receive actual and relevant information about Singelloop Utrecht via e-mail.
Payment
(Foreign) participants not holding a Dutch bank account
The entry fee for residents of all international countries can be paid in advance (preferred way) or on the day of the event. If you pay in advance, you will receive a confirmation mail once the entry fee has been received by our bank and you are then officially registered. If you decide to pay on the day of the event, then proceed to the cash Point at the start location where your will receive your race number once you have paid. Credit Cards, Checks and Debit Cards cannot be accepted; Do not send cash. Use the following information when transferring money to our bank account:
