All participating runners picking up their race number on Easter Sunday 4th April 2010 at RunningXperience are entitled to a free pasta meal (with the coupon on the race number), offered by main sponsor Jaarbeurs Utrecht.
Pre-registration fees
Marathon runners: the fee includes the functional sports shirt Jaarbeurs Utrecht Marathon 2010, a pasta meal, DOM medal, drinks (PowerBar and water) during the raace and at the finish, use of changing area and supervised gear check. It excludes the fee for the ChampionChip. Chips can be rented for € 2.50 and foreign racers may buy a single-use chip for this race for € 4.
Runners of all other disciplines: the fee includes a pasta meal, DOM medal, drinks (PowerBar and water) during the raace and at the finish, transport of 10 k runners to start location, use of changing area and supervised gear check. It excludes the fee for the ChampionChip. Chips can be rented for € 1.50 (except participants Kids Runs and Abrona Run) and foreign racers may buy a single-use chip for this race for € 4.
You’ll receive an e-mail confirming your entry on the same day. In the week before the event you will receive a digital message with your race number for pick-up. Race numbers and chips can be picked on Easter Sunday (4th April) from 10 am until 17 pm and on Easter Monday (5th April) from 8 am onwards in the Jaarbeurs. So the start packet is NOT sent by post!
Chips can be rented for € 2.50 for the marathon and €1.50 for all other distances (excluding youth participants). Foreign racers may buy a single-use chip for this race for € 4.

DUTCH RUNNERS MEMBERSHIP
Become a Dutch Runner and receive a race number for Jaarbeurs Utrecht Marathon. Dutch Runners is an individual membership of Atletiekunie (Dutch Athletic Association), for runners who do not want to be committed to a running club, but are looking for support re. running: training schedules, training-, diet- and medical advice, events calendar etc. The Organisation of Jaarbeurs Utrecht Marathon will pass your data on to Atletiekunie. Membership fee will be cashed by the Organisation of Jaarbeurs Utrecht Marathon. Atletiekunie will handle the registration and then you will receive a confirmation and a welcome present. Minimum age for Dutch Runners membership is 16 years.
Post-registration fees
- Easter Sunday 4th April during the RunningXperience in Jaarbeurs Utrecht between 10 am and 17 pm (you will not be included in the results!)
- Easter Monday 5th April during the RunningXperience in Jaarbeurs Utrecht until 1 hour before the start (You will not be included in the results!)
At the latest 24 hrs after closure of on-line registration you will receive an email confirming your registration and race number.This confirmation per email also serves as proof document for picking up your race number and chip on Easter Sunday or Monday. Only cash payments, debit and credit cards not accepted!

PAYMENT
Dutch Participants
A one time debit authorisation is for Dutch participants the only way to pay by pre-registration. The deposit for the rental chip (€ 28) will only be charged if the chip has not been returned to the Organisation by 12th April 2010. CASH is the only way to pay by late registration (4th + 5th April) (debit and credit card payment is not possible).
Note: Participating business teams will receive a credit note by post.
Foreign Participants
The entry fee for residents of all foreign countries must be paid in advance or on the day of the event. You are officially registered once the entry fee has been received. Credit Cards, Checks and Debit Cards CANNOT be accepted; Do not send cash. Use the following information when transferring money to our bank account:
