JAARBEURS UTRECHT
In and around Jaarbeurs Utrecht, main sponsor, you’ll find RunningXperience, toilets, information, food & drink catering and the sport village. In the exhibition halls of Jaarbeurs Utrecht, you will find changing areas (no showers), the race administrative office, massage teams, a doctor, the Red Cross and a supervised gear check location for sports bags. The big stage in the center will be used for the awards ceremony as well as entertainment.
PICK-UP RACE PACKET
Race packets can be picked at Jaarbeurs Utrecht on Easter Sunday 4th April between 10 am and 17 pm and on Easter Monday 5th April from 8 am until 1 hr before the start. They will not be sent by post! In the week before Easter all participants will receive by email all necessary information and the pick-up document.

PASTA PARTY
A pasta party will be held on Easter Sunday 4th April 2010 from 14 pm til 17 pm in Jaarbeurs Utrecht. This is free for all participants, showing their race number. The pasta party is offered by main sponsor Jaarbeurs Utrecht because of the 10th anniversary of the marathon.
GEAR CHECK
Sports bags and clothes can be checked into a supervised area during the race. After the race, possessions can be picked up by showing your start number. The Organisation does not take responsibility for lost or damaged items.

OFFICIAL TIMES
The MYLAPS Champion Chip will be used for all the races and the net finish time will be registered. All runners are expected to run with a chip (rent or own) otherwise your final time won’t be registered and you will not be eligible for any prizes.
CANCELLATION OR CHANGE REGISTRATION
Cancellation with a refund is possible until 1st Feb 2010. A €5 administration fee will be deducted. No refunds will be issued if the cancellation occurs after this date. It’s possible to run a shorter distance than what you signed up for if you make the change before 1st March 2010. No refunds will be issued. You will have to re-enter if you want to make changes after 1st March 2010. You will also have to re-enter if you want to run a longer distance than what you signed up for.
